Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Agra. The Social Media Manager will conceptualize and implement social media strategies across various platforms, create and optimize engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to ensure goals are met. Responsibilities also include managing social media accounts, staying informed of trends, engaging with audiences, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience with developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with social media tools, trends, and algorithms
- Creativity and a strong understanding of audience engagement techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role is a plus
