Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, create compelling content tailored for various platforms, and optimize social media channels for maximum engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, staying up-to-date with trends, and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms to effectively engage with the target audience and build the company’s brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance online presence and engagement
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing for creating and managing impactful social media content
- Excellent Communication skills for crafting effective messaging and engaging with audiences
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
- Understanding of emerging trends and tools in social media and digital marketing
- Experience managing social media platforms for business or brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
