Role Description
The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The primary responsibility is to design and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging across channels. The role requires creative problem-solving and staying updated with social media trends.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices
- Skilled in Communication and Writing for various social media platforms
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance
- Proficiency in engaging with different target audiences and building community relationships
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms
- Possession of a creative and analytical mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus
