Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketer to build and manage CloudInfix’s online presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our LinkedIn and developer community presence, and generate inbound leads for our cloud optimization platform.
This role is critical in positioning CloudInfix as a thought leader in Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
- Create and schedule daily/weekly posts
- Build brand awareness for CloudInfix in the cloud and DevOps community
Content Creation
- Create engaging posts related to:
- Cloud cost optimization
- AWS / Azure best practices
- FinOps
- DevOps and cloud infrastructure
- Write LinkedIn posts, blogs, and short content pieces
- Design visual posts, infographics, and simple videos
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns
- Run lead generation campaigns
- Monitor and optimize social media performance
Community Engagement
- Engage with cloud engineers, CTOs, DevOps professionals
- Respond to comments and messages
- Participate in relevant tech communities
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers growth
- Lead generation
- Provide weekly reports and suggestions for improvement
Required Skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn and B2B social media accounts
- Understanding of SaaS or technology products
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
- Basic understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Experience with tools like:
- Hootsuite
- Buffer
- HubSpot
- Notion / Trello
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS products
- Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost management
- Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud infrastructure
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Increase LinkedIn followers
