About the Role:
- Portalwiz Technologies is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, campaign planning, and performance analytics to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.) including content calendars, trend analysis, and platform growth strategies.
- Manage and grow online communities, responding to queries and engaging with followers.
- Oversee user-generated content (UGC) strategy and community-building initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights. Conduct competitive benchmarking and data-driven decision-making to enhance social media presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Experience in SEO, Social Ads Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media Strategies.
- Strong skills in campaign planning, calendar management, trend analysis, community building, and platform growth.
- Ability to analyze insights, track KPIs, and optimize engagement and performance.
- Proficient in social media tools and platforms including Meta Business Suite, Instagram Analytics, Creator Studio, Social Blade, Google Sheets, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT & Midjourney.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
