Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
📍 Location: Mumbai | Reports To: CEO
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage social media, execute campaigns, and support overall marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate content creation (posts, reels, campaigns) with design team
- Manage digital campaigns and track performance
- Handle community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)
- Maintain content calendar and ensure timely posting
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Assist in marketing events, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor brand presence and manage online reputation
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing
- Knowledge of social media tools, analytics & paid ads
- Strong communication, creativity & multitasking skills
- Experience with tools like Mailchimp (plus)
