We’re looking for someone who understands the internet beyond trends. Someone who knows how to grow communities, build creator-led content ecosystems, and turn social media into a real growth engine.
If you’ve scaled YouTube or Instagram pages, understand what makes content click, and think in terms of engagement, virality, retention, and growth this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
• Drive end-to-end growth across YouTube & Instagram creator channels
• Build high-performing short-form & long-form content strategies
• Work with creators and influencers to drive discovery
• Scale UGC and community-led growth loops
• Run and optimize Meta campaigns
• Experiment fast and build content that people actually want to share
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in social media growth/content strategy
• Strong expertise in YouTube & Instagram growth
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio & Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with influencer collaborations & creator ecosystems
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends & engagement metrics
• Prior experience in entertainment, OTT, creator economy, or content-first brands is a plus
