Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site at our Bandra location. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media campaigns, and monitoring analytics to ensure the success of campaigns. Additionally, they will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align content with overall brand goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies for multiple platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience with social media tools and platforms, including scheduling and analytics software
- Proven creativity in crafting compelling and engaging social media content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends is a plus

3.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA
