Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Social Media Manager will oversee and manage all social media platforms, develop and execute content strategies, create engaging posts, and monitor social media trends. This role involves regular interaction with the audience, campaign management, and optimizing social media performance to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. The candidate will collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing for creating and managing engaging content
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret and act on data insights
- Familiarity with design tools and visual content creation (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and apply them effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in a similar role or industry is a plus
