Social Media Manager (In-House)
Pasana is a furniture design studio specializing in statement pieces crafted exclusively from natural stone.
With in-house design and manufacturing, we oversee the entire process from concept to creation ensuring precision, quality, and a distinct design language. Our work spans both indoor and outdoor furniture, where material, form, and emotion come together to create sculptural, enduring pieces.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands luxury, design, and storytelling.
What you’ll do:
Lead content strategy and monthly calendar ideation aligned with our brand language
Curate and shortlist images/videos with a strong design eye
Oversee execution of posts, reels, and campaigns end-to-end
Drive Instagram growth through platform-native strategies
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
Conceptualize ideas for launches, exhibitions, and collections
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors
Manage high-output phases during exhibitions and launches
What we’re looking for:
Experience with luxury / furniture / design-led brands (non-negotiable)
Strong visual and graphic sensibility (fonts, colors, layouts, audio choices)
Deep understanding of Instagram and content trends
Highly committed and proactive, this role needs ownership
