We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of architecture and design culture who can manage and grow our global social media presence.
Role Overview
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of PAACADEMY’s social media presence, creating high-quality daily content and engaging with our global architecture and design community.
This role requires someone who understands architecture, digital design culture, and visual storytelling, and has experience managing large social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content
• Plan and publish daily content across PAACADEMY social platforms
• Write compelling captions aligned with our architecture and design audience
• Promote courses, workshops, instructors, and student work
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to support campaigns
Community Management
• Engage with the global architecture and design community
• Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries
• Curate and showcase student projects created in PAACADEMY courses
Growth & Analytics
• Monitor engagement and platform performance
• Identify opportunities to grow audience reach and community engagement
• Track trends in architecture, AI, and design technology
Platforms You Will Manage

• X (Twitter)
• YouTube
• TikTok (optional)
Requirements
• Architecture degree or background in architecture/design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management
• Proven experience managing social media accounts with 50,000+ followers
• Excellent English communication and writing skills (native or near-native level)
• Strong understanding of architecture, design, and digital design culture
• Experience with content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Nice to Have
• Experience with architecture media platforms or design publications
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation
• Video editing or short-form content creation skills
