Job Description: 📸 Social Media Manager – Oyela
We’re looking for someone who gets fashion, gets creators, and gets Instagram. If you can create content that stops the scroll, build a community that vibes with the brand, and keep our social presence sharp every single day - this role is for you.
Designation: Social Media Manager
Type: Full-Time (WFO)
Experience: 1–3 years in social media/content (fashion or D2C preferred)
Location: Gurgaon, India.

💼 What You’ll Do
● Onboard creators into Stylecrew, Oyela’s creator program that’s featured on our Instagram.
● Ideate and create new drop alerts, statics, carousels, and reels from scratch
● Post real customer testimonials on stories to strengthen trust and social proof.
● Manage CRM by replying to all customer DMs with clarity, warmth, and speed.
● Handle hate or negative comments gracefully to protect and uplift Oyela’s online reputation.
● Collect positive organic reviews from DMs and maintain a clean, trackable record for website uploads.
● Engage with the community by commenting on every post where Oyela is tagged to drive visibility
and connection.
🧰 What You Bring
● 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community building.
● Strong understanding of Instagram’s fashion ecosystem — creators, trends, hooks, formats.
● Ability to conceptualise and create content independently (basic editing skills are a MUST!).
● Excellent communication skills with a friendly, brand-safe tone.
● Comfort with fast-paced content calendars and daily posting cycles.
