We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate understands Instagram trends, meme culture, anime/pop culture communities, and knows how to turn content into engagement and sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Create and manage Instagram Reels, Posts, Stories & YouTube Shorts
• Develop viral content ideas (anime, sports, pop culture, meme-based content)
• Write engaging captions and hooks that drive interaction
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, collaborations)
• Coordinate with graphic designers & video editors
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
• Work closely with performance marketing team to improve sales
• Execute influencer outreach & collaborations
• Stay updated with trends and adapt quickly

🎨 Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm & trends
• Knowledge of anime / gaming / football / hip-hop culture preferred
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads is a plus
• Strong communication & storytelling skills
• Ability to shoot basic content (mobile videography skills preferred)
• Creative mindset with data-driven thinking
