Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site role based in New Delhi. In this role, you will manage and execute social media campaigns, create compelling content, and optimize platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and tone across channels. You will also monitor trends, identify opportunities for audience engagement, and maintain an active presence on relevant platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for digital platforms
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign optimization
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with social media trends
- Previous experience in community engagement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
