Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Surajpur Site C Industrial Area. The role involves managing and executing the company’s social media strategy to enhance its online presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media campaigns, developing content strategies, writing posts, optimizing social media profiles, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to effectively showcase the brand, products, and services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Writing and developing compelling social media content
- Experience in creating and executing Content Strategy
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance
- Knowledge of the latest trends in social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet on-site requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
