🚨 We are hiring: Social Media Manager
OKAK Production is a social media content agency managing coaching and personal brand clients across the US and UK. Our team ships 20+ videos a day, and now we need someone to own the platforms those videos live on, plus build OKAK's own presence.
What you will do:
📱 Manage client social media accounts end to end: uploading, captions, scheduling, and optimization
📱 Create and run content for OKAK's own social media to promote the agency
📱 Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns through Ads Manager
📱 Track performance and support weekly and monthly client reporting
What we need from you:
✅ Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
✅ Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager: campaign setup, audiences, and budgets
✅ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for content creation and captions
✅ Basic After Effects skills to create motion graphics and agency content
✅ A highly engaging, proactive communicator who is genuinely active on social media every day
✅ Strong written English for captions and community replies
✅ Organized enough to run multiple accounts without dropping the ball
