Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Social Media Manager with digital marketing agency experience who can lead campaign execution, manage clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-impact social media campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns across platforms
Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and approvals
Act as the primary client point of contact, managing communication and expectations
Work closely with creative, content, and performance marketing teams
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
Improve internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency and turnaround time
Handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously in a high-pressure agency setup
AI & Trends
Utilize AI tools for content execution, reporting, and optimization
Stay updated with latest digital and social media trends
Bring innovative ideas and formats to improve engagement and performance
Key requirements
4–5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystem
Experience working on multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of social media insights & reporting tools
Ability to manage timelines, teams, and deliverables efficiently
