About the internship
At Not That High, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that posting content is easy but building a brand people genuinely want to follow is hard.
If you know how to grow communities, understand platform algorithms, and can turn content into conversations, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage NTH's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube & Reddit.
2. Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
3. Schedule and publish content across platforms.
4. Write captions that match our brand voice.
5. Build and engage our online community.
6. Monitor trends and identify content opportunities.
7. Track analytics and improve performance.
8. Coordinate with designers and content creators for smooth execution.
You're a Great Fit If You:
1. Understand social media beyond just posting.
2. Can write engaging copy.
3. Know platform-specific best practices.
4. Love experimenting with new ideas.
5. Are organized and proactive.
Bonus Points:
1. Experience with Meta Business Suite.
2. Knowledge of Reddit, LinkedIn & YouTube SEO.
3. Basic graphic editing skills.
