Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager and Content Writer to develop and manage social media campaigns and help in building brands. The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive professional who can plan, manage, and execute campaigns across platforms for clients from varied sectors — including entertainment, healthcare, corporate, and industrial brands. You should be a creative individual who can produce witty and engaging content for social media pages.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement social media strategies that increase brand exposure, engagement, and client acquisition.
· Write engaging content for a variety of social media channels and posting on a daily basis.
· Maintain social media calendars to ensure constant and timely posting.
· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
· Conduct a competitive analysis and social media research.
· Produce performance reports to monitor critical parameters including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
· Maintain current knowledge of upcoming social media trends and offer optimization solutions.
· Determine growth methods for increasing social media following and engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media initiatives are in line with overarching brand goals.
· Follow industry norms and best practices for social media marketing, data protection, and advertising standards.
Qualification:
· 3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive including content writing
· Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
· Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
· Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
· Good understanding of social media ads.
· Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
· Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, media, or communications
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic client service skills.
· Good time management skills.
