Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies, manage social media platforms, and optimize social media performance through analytics. Daily tasks include creating engaging social media posts, planning campaigns, fostering online community engagement, and collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
- Familiarity with trends, tools, and best practices for various social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience managing social media for design or creative-focused brands is a plus
