Role Description

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to join the creative and marketing team at Nkonnect Global Ventures.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanamkonda.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content for multiple client brands, ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital platforms while supporting marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars for various client brands
• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Write compelling captions, campaign content, and ad copy aligned with brand voice
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content execution
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaigns
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Management
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills
• Experience in handling and managing multiple client brands
• Good understanding of social media platforms, insights, and analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Creative, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work
