Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Pune City. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into cohesive, engaging content aligned with brand and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, synchronizing audio, and applying visual effects and color grading to ensure high-quality output. The role involves collaborating with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop video concepts, motion graphics, and visual assets for product demos, social media, and promotional campaigns. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, maintain brand consistency, and optimize videos for various platforms and formats.
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Qualifications
Candidates should possess
- strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visuals.
- skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion graphics software, e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and understanding of composition, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team on-site in Pune City.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work is required.
- UX UI Design experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to single handedly manage Facebook/Instagram and Agriwealth Linkedin page
- Focus on increasing followers and improve the video content reach
