Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Jaipur. The selected candidate will oversee and execute the university’s social media strategy to promote its brand and connect with students, alumni, and the broader community. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, optimizing posts for engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Collaboration with departments to craft compelling content that amplifies the university's visibility and strengthens its digital presence will also be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and effective messaging
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for monitoring engagement
- Creative mindset and ability to stay updated with social media trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is a plus
