Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across key platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others) to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, coordinating photo and video content with the design and production teams, and ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content and posting strategies, managing community interactions (comments, messages, and inquiries), and collaborating on influencer and partner campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also stay current with fashion and social media trends to inform content ideas and support broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop compelling, on-brand narratives and captions that reflect the label’s aesthetic.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage online communities, coordinate with internal teams, and collaborate with influencers and external partners.
- Experience with basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is highly preferred; understanding of Indian ethnic and Indo‑western fashion is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail in visual and written content.
