Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Bhopal. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, optimizing engagement on various platforms, creating and implementing content strategies, and managing audience interactions. Key responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with emerging trends to drive impactful social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies for brand growth
- Analytical and strategic thinking to measure performance metrics and improve campaigns
- Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing skills is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
