Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Mathura. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating, curating, and scheduling content, optimizing social media campaigns, conducting social media performance analysis, and engaging with followers to grow an active online community. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong communication and writing skills to create engaging and impactful content
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored for diverse platforms
  • Skills in analyzing social media metrics and using insights to drive data-informed decisions
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
