Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to join our New Delhi office. The role involves managing and executing social media marketing strategies, developing content plans, optimizing social media channels, and monitoring campaign performance. The candidate will also engage with audiences, foster online community growth, and ensure the brand’s digital voice is consistent. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain brand alignment and creativity is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Content Strategies
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop (ideally)
- Writing skills for crafting engaging and impactful content
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret social media metrics
- Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and emerging digital trends
- Ability to think creatively, adapt to challenges, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
