Role Overview
We are hiring a Full-time Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end Instagram management for three accounts. This is an on-site role in Bhopal for someone who can independently handle content planning, editing, posting, and platform management.
This role is execution-heavy and accountability-driven. We are not looking for "idea-only" candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage three Instagram accounts end-to-end
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Plan reels, carousels, and static posts aligned with brand strategy
- Edit videos (reels), graphics, and visual assets
- Write captions that are clear, engaging, and brand-consistent
- Handle posting schedules and platform hygiene
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs
- Maintain visual consistency and brand tone
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (brand/business)
- Strong understanding of Instagram formats & trends
- Video editing skills (Reels / short-form content)
- Basic graphic design capability (Canva / Adobe / similar tools)
- Caption writing & content structuring
- Content planning & scheduling discipline
- Ability to work with deadlines and minimal supervision
Preferred Qualities
- Based in Bhopal and comfortable with on-site working
- Strong aesthetic sense & attention to detail
- Self-driven, organised, and reliable
- Able to balance creativity with brand guidelines
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a passive scheduling job
- Not a “just post memes” role
- Not suitable for candidates seeking purely remote flexibility
