Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Account Manager with a strong content writing background to manage multiple brand accounts and lead social media communication.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Conceptualize campaign ideas, reels, and engaging social content
- Write captions, scripts, campaign copies, and social media content
- Maintain brand voice and communication consistency
- Coordinate with designers and editors for creative execution
- Provide clear creative direction for visual content
- Ensure timely execution of social media deliverables
- Track engagement, performance, and audience insights
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
- Manage client communication and feedback loops
- Handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams
- Conduct content research and campaign ideation
- Maintain content quality and brand storytelling
- Assist in content strategy and platform planning
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Experience handling multiple brand accounts (freshers are not recommended); agency background is a plus
- Experience working with FMCG or Pharma brands is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital culture
- Good visual sense and understanding of content design is a must
- Ability to guide designers and video editors
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong communication and client management skills
