We are a growing digital marketing agency based in Adelaide, Australia, managing social media for a portfolio of clients across the real estate, travel, lifestyle, and services industries.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can hit the ground running, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and bring the same level of care, creativity, and consistency to every single one.
What You'll Be Doing
— Building and managing monthly content calendars for 4 clients across Instagram and Facebook
— Writing captions, designing graphics (Canva), and scheduling posts consistently across all accounts
— Adapting your tone and style to suit different brands — what works for a travel agency is not the same as what works for another client
— Actively engaging with comments, DMs, and community interactions daily across all accounts
— Researching trending content formats, audio, and ideas relevant to each client's niche
— Reporting weekly on performance — what's working, what isn't, and what you recommend changing
— Communicating proactively with the agency director — flagging opportunities, raising questions early, and never waiting to be chased
— Keeping all client content organised, on-brand, and delivered on time without reminders
What We're Looking For
— 3 Years of social media management experience, ideally managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
— Strong written English — captions must be clean, engaging, and tailored per brand
— Proficiency in Canva and Meta Business Suite
— Ability to manage your own time and workload across multiple deadlines without hand-holding
— Someone who asks smart questions early rather than delivering wrong work late
— Reliable, responsive, and professional in all communication — this is a client-facing support role
— Bonus: experience with Reels editing (CapCut or similar) and basic performance reporting
What This Role Is Not
This is not a side gig. You will be managing real client accounts for real businesses. Missed deadlines, inconsistent posting, and waiting to be followed up on are not acceptable. We are a small, high-standards team and we expect the same from everyone we work with.
