Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute successful social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive engagement and growth. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing content calendars, strategizing for optimal audience engagement, performing social media optimization (SMO), monitoring analytics to measure effectiveness, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and writing for various social media platforms
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and creating actionable reports
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on-site in Noida
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
