Job Summary
We are looking for an execution-focused Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a pulse on digital trends who can turn insights into viral content. This role requires a professional who takes full accountability.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage multiple social media accounts end-to-end
● Plan and execute content calendars consistently
● Write engaging, conversion-focused captions and scripts
● Coordinate with clients, designers, and editors
● Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals
● Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
● Suggest new ideas, formats, and growth strategies
● Oversee UGC content planning and execution
Requirements
● Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in social media management
● Primary Skills: Expertise in LinkedIn writing/analytics, Canva Pro, and Meta Business Suite
● Equipment: Candidates must own their own laptop
● Technical Ability: Basic understanding of video editing, design, and camera/content creation is required
● Portfolio: Submitting a portfolio or work samples is mandatory
