Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Key tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and curating compelling content, planning and implementing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for performance, and analyzing metrics to inform future strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively staying updated on social media trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
