Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara. The candidate will develop and manage social media content strategies, optimize social media platforms (SMO), and engage with audiences across various channels. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling, monitoring analytics, and ensuring the brand’s voice aligns with its mission. Collaboration with other departments to drive digital marketing efforts and amplify brand awareness is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills, including audience engagement and storytelling
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and understanding of metrics
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
- Creative thinking to develop engaging and innovative social media campaigns
- Experience in branding or marketing for skincare or wellness companies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
