We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
💰Starting Onhand Salary From 18k/month
📍 On-site: Guwahati | Full-time | 1–2 years
If Instagram is second nature to you and you enjoy planning content and executing it, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage multiple brands, write strong content, confidently handle clients, and take real ownership of social media execution.
👀 What you’ll do (daily, for real)
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple client brands.
- Write captions, hooks, and social-first copy.
- Schedule & publish content on Instagram, Facebook & Google Business.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback & meetings.
- Manage 8+ brands across different industries.
- Plan shoots with the team & occasionally attend on-ground shoots.
- Track performance and share daily EODs & weekly client reports.
🧠 What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management (agency experience = bonus).
- Strong content writing & understanding of Instagram trends.
- Basic design & video knowledge (reels, stories, posts).
- Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion & Google Workspace.
- Organised, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership.

- Experience in writing, strategising, and creating engaging social media content
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
