We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and scale Kenko’s digital presence across platforms.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Kenko’s social media strategy, managing content creation, and driving engagement and growth across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. The role combines content strategy, storytelling, analytics, and community building to grow the brand and convert followers into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute Kenko’s social media growth strategy
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns
- Identify trends and opportunities in the health, fitness, and nutrition space
Content Creation & Publishing
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors for high-quality content
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms
Community Management
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience queries
- Build an engaged community around Kenko’s wellness philosophy
- Manage brand reputation and online conversations
Performance & Analytics
- Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns
- Provide monthly reports and growth insights
Influencer & Collaboration Campaigns
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations
- Partner with creators and wellness experts for campaigns
- Execute launch campaigns for new products or programs
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn growth strategies
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating viral short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
- Ability to analyse data and optimise performance
- Experience in health, fitness, or wellness industry preferred
