Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing effective social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and enhancing the company's online presence. Daily tasks include managing social media campaigns, monitoring analytics, engaging with the audience, and staying updated on emerging trends in social media platforms to drive brand growth and engagement.
Experience - 6 months - 3 years (Handling personal Social Media page will be counted)

2) Breathes social media trends, grooves on trending audios and stays updated with
platform changes
3) Has been an active participant in F.R.I.E.N.D.S vs The Office debates
4) Can switch tones like outfits - from being sassy on Instagram to sharp and insight-driven
on LinkedIn
5) Obsessed with the first three seconds. Understands how to hook, hold and convert
attention
6) Is a nerd when it comes to analysing content performance and structuring things
7) Knowledge of keywords, hashtags, and basic SEO
8) Ready to learn and adapt
Key Responsibilities -
1) Create content, manage the content calendar and schedule posts
2) Collaborate with the creative team to work on ideas and campaigns
3) Monitor DMs, comments and community engagement
4) Track insights, analyse performance and prepare monthly reports
Skills -
1) Great copywriting skills
2) Decent hands-on practice of platforms and tools like Notion, InShot, Edits, CapCut or
similar tools
3) Ready to be aesthetic to dramatic on camera
4) Knowledge of video making is a plus
