Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Manager will handle day-to-day activities of social media executives .
Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The role involves coordinating with design and content teams, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The Social Media Manager will also support campaign planning, contribute ideas for creative concepts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Additionaly, Creating SOP for daily Operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and schedule content that supports marketing and business objectives.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing skills, and an understanding of current social media trends.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and a minimum of 3years and above experience in social media management or digital marketing, are required.
Language proficiency-Odia , Hindi & English.
