ROLE SUMMARY:
1. Social Media Strategy & Branding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build a strong, aspirational brand identity for Lexicon MILE
- Position the institute as a future-ready, AI-integrated educational leader
2. Content Creation & Management
Plan and oversee content including:
- Reels, carousels, and static creatives
- YouTube videos (long-form and short-form)
- LinkedIn thought leadership content
- Ensure all content is:
- High-quality and engaging
- Shareable and save-worthy
- Aligned with branding and admissions objectives
3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Drive student inquiries and applications through social platforms
- Design and execute targeted campaigns
- Build and optimize lead funnels, including:
- Landing pages
- Retargeting strategies
- Lead nurturing workflows
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion rates
4. PR & Media Outreach
- Identify opportunities for digital PR, media features, and educational publications
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Journalists
- Media houses
- Education-focused platforms
- Manage press releases, announcements, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Establish Lexicon MILE as a thought leader in AI-driven education
5. Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with:
- Student influencers
- Education and career-focused creators
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns to drive:
- Brand awareness
- Engagement
- Lead generation
- Manage end-to-end execution, including outreach, negotiations, content briefs, and performance tracking
6. Campaign & Launch Management
- Lead the planning and execution of:
- Admission campaigns
- Program launches (BBA, MBA, etc.)
- Event promotions
- Create high-impact campaigns that generate visibility, engagement, and urgency
7. Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance across all digital platforms
- Provide weekly insights and actionable improvement plans
- Continuously test and optimize:
- Content formats
- Hooks and creatives
- Audience targeting
8. Community Building
- Manage engagement across platforms, including comments and direct messages
- Build and nurture a strong online community of aspirants and students
- Collaborate with students, alumni, and faculty to create authentic content
- Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media growth strategies
- Content virality and platform algorithms
Hands-on experience with:
- Influencer marketing campaigns
- PR and media outreach
- Ability to connect brand-building efforts with measurable outcomes (leads and admissions)
- Strong storytelling and campaign execution skills
