Custard Media is a creative marketing and brand communications agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, content production, social media, influencer marketing, events, and integrated campaigns. We partner with brands to create impactful experiences through strategy-led storytelling and seamless execution. As the marketing partner for Tezpur Titans, Custard Media is responsible for building and managing the team's brand presence across digital and on-ground platforms throughout the Assam Premier League season.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Assist the Social Media Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of all Tezpur Titans social media activities.
● Develop engaging copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, and community communication.
● Manage online reputation by monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement across platforms.
● Support social media planning, content strategy, and campaign execution.
● Coordinate with the design team for creative requirements, follow-ups, and quality checks before publishing.
● Create and maintain content calendars, trackers, and project management sheets to ensure seamless execution.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and delivery of assets.
● Liaise with external vendors for production, activations, and campaign requirements.
● Support influencer marketing initiatives, including creator outreach, coordination, execution, and reporting.
● Coordinate and manage interns working on the Tezpur Titans project.
● Lead the execution of the Campus Ambassador Program, including coordination, communication, and engagement initiatives.
● Plan and manage on-ground activations such as campus events, fan engagement activities, pop-ups, promotional events, and venue recces.
● Coordinate influencer shoots and ensure smooth production and timely content delivery.
● Assist in the planning and execution of the Tezpur Titans launch anthem shoot and other campaign productions.
● Ensure all deliverables are executed on time while maintaining brand consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
