Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, campaign execution, and social media analytics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives, reels, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Suggest innovative and trendy ideas to improve reach, engagement, and followers.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with designers and video editors.
- Strong judgement to evaluate content performance and audience engagement.
- Understanding of reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
- Basic knowledge of social media ads and campaign management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
