Kraya AI is a SaaS platform that helps businesses 2X their sales using AI. We build a Sales CRM that lives inside WhatsApp, helping companies automate lead qualification, nurture leads on autopilot, and close deals faster. Our customers are founders and sales teams who want to stop losing leads and start converting more.
We’re growing fast, and we need someone to take charge of how our brand shows up on social media.
The Role
You’ll be managing our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube. This means planning content, writing posts, tracking what’s working, and finding ways to grow our audience.
This is purely an organic role. No paid ads. Your focus will be on building a community of founders, sales leaders, and business owners who care about growing their revenue.
What you’ll be doing
• Planning and running a content calendar across all platforms
• Writing captions, hooks, and posts that connect with founders and sales teams
• Building a content strategy around AI, sales, WhatsApp CRM, and lead conversion topics
• Tracking metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth, and sharing what you find with the team
• Keeping up with trends in SaaS, AI, and social media algorithms
• Turning product updates, customer success stories, and sales tips into engaging posts
• Responding to comments and DMs, and keeping the community active
What we’re looking for
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content writing, or something similar (internships count)
• Good writing skills. Clear, engaging copy that doesn’t sound robotic.
• You get why some posts work and others don’t
• Comfortable with analytics and pulling insights from the numbers
• Familiar with how different platforms work, especially LinkedIn
• You come with ideas. You don’t wait to be told what to post.
• Bonus: experience with Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar tools
• Bonus: familiarity with AI tools for content or workflow
• Bonus: interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B products
