Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Eranad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing content strategies across various social media platforms, optimizing content for engagement and reach, and monitoring social media performance metrics. Other responsibilities include creating written content, coordinating with teams to communicate key messages, and collaborating on campaigns aimed at promoting the hospital's services and reputation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of current social media trends and tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
