Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing the company’s online presence, optimizing social media channels, and creating engaging content. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, coordinating campaigns, and staying updated on emerging trends to ensure a strong and consistent brand voice across all platforms. Collaboration with other teams to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication, Writing, and crafting engaging content
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of Odia culture & local audience
- Experience in building and executing effective Content Strategy tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with design and video teams to create visually engaging content is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
