Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement for KASAM Corp and its business units. The role includes managing social media calendars, monitoring channels, responding to comments and inquiries, and fostering a positive online community. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives. The position also involves staying current with platform trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, including clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and adapting content for different channels and target audiences.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and paid social advertising is an advantage.
- Prior experience managing social media for B2B, technology, or diversified businesses is a plus.
