Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating and implementing content strategies, and performing Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance the company’s digital presence. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns, write engaging content, and ensure clear and consistent communication with the target audience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining performance metrics to optimize online engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance brand visibility and digital engagement
- Strong Writing and Content Strategy skills to create and manage impactful social media content
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with audiences and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms to drive strategy and campaign success
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the education sector or consultancy services is a plus
