Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content across various platforms.
Content Optimization: Optimize content for maximum impact and engagement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
Social Media Campaigns: Design and create social media campaigns, monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Brand Awareness: Focus on increasing brand awareness through effective social media use.
Audience Research: Conduct audience research to understand their needs and preferences.
Data Insights: Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via social media accounts.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key metrics, identify insights, and provide regular reports on social media performance.
