Hiring: Social Media Content Creator
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to manage and grow our shop’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, a good eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging visual content that attracts customers.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products such as dress materials, and fabrics inside the store
- Plan and create engaging Instagram reels showcasing new arrivals, styling ideas, draping techniques, and festive collections
- Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools, including adding transitions, text overlays, and trending music
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule (3–5 posts/reels per week)
- Write creative captions and use relevant hashtags to increase reach and engagement
- Manage the Instagram page by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
- Stay updated with current Instagram trends and suggest new content ideas regularly
- Coordinate with shop staff or models (if required) for content shoots
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate skills in photography and videography (mobile or camera)
- Experience in video editing apps such as InShot, CapCut, VN, or similar tools
- Good understanding of Instagram features, trends, and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, fabrics, or styling
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (flexible based on candidate)
Location: In-store (Chennai) – candidate must be available to visit the shop for shoots
Salary: Based on experience and skill level
