Key Responsibilities:
📣 Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
🔗 Run campaigns linked to website traffic, WhatsApp lead generation, and lead forms.
📱 Manage and consistently grow our official social media pages on Facebook & Instagram.
✨ Conceptualise and produce unique, platform-native content tailored to our brand voice and audience.
🎬 Create and edit high-quality content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,CapCut.
📸 Handle photography and videography for content creation using both professional camera equipment and mobile devices.
🎙️ Record, host, and shoot podcasts — managing end-to-end production including setup, filming, and post-production.
📊 Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics and optimise for ROI, conversions, and engagement.
🎯 Track website visitor behaviour and refine ad targeting strategies accordingly.
🤝 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns align with business objectives.
🤖 Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI video/content platforms (Veo, Seedance, Runway-style tools) to enhance content creation and campaign performance.
🔍 Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.

Requirements:
▸ 1–2 years of proven experience in social media advertising and Meta Ads management.
▸ Demonstrated ability to create unique, engaging, and original content for social media platforms.
▸ Proficiency in video editing software like DaVinci Resolve,Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Capcut etc.
▸ Hands-on experience in photography and videography using both camera and mobile phone.
▸ Able to do podcast production — recording, hosting, shooting, and editing.
▸ Working knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
▸ Familiarity with AI-powered content and video generation tools.
▸ Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
▸ Creative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
