Hiring: Social Media Manager Intern (Performance Marketing Focus)
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Social Media Manager Intern who understands growth, performance marketing, and brand positioning.
This role is ideal for candidates who can deliver measurable results, not just post content.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media growth strategies
Create and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager
Optimize ads based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
Monitor and analyze campaign data using analytics tools
Build and manage collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and brands
Generate engagement, leads, and measurable business growth

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & campaign optimization
Strong understanding of audience targeting & retargeting
Ability to interpret analytics and improve performance
Proven results (portfolio, case studies, or performance reports preferred)
Excellent communication & networking skills
Self-motivated, ownership mindset, and growth-focused attitude

This is a performance-based internship.
High performers will be offered a permanent full-time role.
The internship may be discontinued if expected results are not delivered.
